Delivery

All items are handmade to order, every effort is made to make and have your items on the way to you as quickly as possible normally within 14 working days. During times of high demand you will be informed of any delays.

United Kingdom Postage

Items are sent using the Royal Mail postal service.

UK 1st class Signed/recorded £4.95.

You will be sent details via email and/or mobile number regarding the delivery.

* Days refer to working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the UK and overseas.

Delays

Very occasionally, unavoidable factors can delay a parcel: for example, weather or postal strikes.

Refunds & Returns

Should it be necessary to return and item, please inform me upon receipt and return within 7 days. The item must be returned unused, in its original condition.
It would be advisable to use Royal Mail with proof of postage and delivery.

Replacement items will be sent out once the original item has been returned.

Standard postage and packaging will be charged.

I am sorry but I am not able to give refunds on special commissions or nonstandard sizes.

Refunds & exchanges are not given on items that are damaged through misuse (please see full details in Terms & Conditions).
